Dragonfly we aim to make your holiday as enjoyable and trouble-free
as possible. To achieve this we plan all of our holidays with

Door-to-Door
Service |

| No need to worry about travelling
to meet our coach, or struggling with your suitcase! We
arrange to collect you from home and return you home at
the end of your holiday. We use several smaller minibuses
and taxis as well as our main coach to collect everyone
so that it won't take too long before we set off! |

| Our coaches are modern and
comfortable, with reclining seats, air-conditioning and
toilet facilities. Our friendly Tour Manager will serve
you with complimentary hot drinks throughout the journey,
and we make regular comfort stops en route. |

| As is
usual, our holiday prices cover travel, accomodation and
meals at the hotel, but Dragonfly holidays also cover
the cost of all excursions including all the entrance
fees and light lunches daily. Our aim is to provide a
stress free holiday without unexpected expense: the only
extras you need to pay for during the holiday are drinks
from the bar and souvenirs. We even buy you lunch on the
way home! |

Our
hotels range from larger 3 or 4-star hotels with swimming
pools and more extensive menus such as the Esplanade
Hotel in Cornwall to smaller 2-star hotels such as Frognell
Hall in Torquay. Bedrooms at all of our hotels have
a private bathroom, colour television and tea and coffee
making facilities as standard. Most also have a direct
dial telephone, and many also have hairdryers, satellite
TV and other luxuries! Also all hotels featured have
passenger lifts to the bedrooms.
We
always visit and assess a hotel before we use it, and
many of the hotels we feature here have been 'tried
and tested' over the years by Dragonfly customers and
have become old favourites.

All of our holidays are designed for
over 60s: we use hotels with lifts and our excursions
involve a minimum of required walking for those who
have more limited mobility, yet still give other customers
plenty of freedom to explore! Wherever possible, we
cater for special requirements e.g. walk-in showers
or bath-boards, special diets, etc. We are pleased to
transport collapsible wheechairs provided there is an
accompanier to push, and that you can manage the steps
onto and off the coach. Some of our hotels and itineraries
will be more suitable than others if you are bringing
a collapsible wheechair or have difficulty with steps,
so please let us know when you book so that we can check
the holiday is suitable and make the arrangements for
you.

A freindly Tour Manager will travel from
Birmingham with the coach and stay with the group throughout
the holiday. The Tour Manager ensures the smooth running
of the holiday and is available to assist individual
customers with any problems or unexpected illness. Please
do note however that if you are not usually independant
then you will also need to bring someone to care for
you while on holiday.
