Security
of your holiday payments
In accordance with EC Regulations, we hold any payments you
make to Dragonfly for your holiday in a trust account until
the holiday is completed.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holiday due to illness, please
let us know as soon as you possibly can. If you are unable
to travel due to illness, we shall refund your payment, or
if your prefer, we can arrange to transfer your payment to
a future holiday.
If you choose to cancel a holiday and it is not due to illness,
we will always try to help you as much as possible on an individual
basis. You may transfer your holiday into another person's
name without charge, but otherwise if we cannot fill your
space and have already made payments on your behalf to our
suppliers, we may need to retain some of your payment to cover
this.
Insurance
We include fully comprehensive insurance
including medical cover on all of our holidays outside Britain.
We shall supply details of cover at the time of booking, and
will need to have details of any pre-existing medical conditions
you may have. For travel within Britain we simply operate
the cancellation cover listed above, as medical assistance
is provided free within Britain.
