Below, we have provided answers to some of the questions asked most often about our holidays. We hope that these answers and the information available on the rest of the site will provide you with everything you need to know in order to choose the best holiday for you, but if you still have a concern which is not answered here, please call us on the freephone number which you will find at the bottom of every page and we would be very happy to discuss your planned holiday with you.

   
 
Q. What if I have difficulty moving around or managing stairs?  
A. Don't worry if you have limited mobility, as we are careful to choose hotels with lifts to bedrooms and upper floors and can also transport your wheelchair if you need to take it with you. The most you may have to manage is the steps on and off the coach.  
   
 
Q. Will a representative from Dragonfly be available all the time?  
A. We always have at least one Tour Manager accompany a group to ensure the smooth running of the holiday and assist anyone with problems or unexpected illness.  
   
 
Q. Will I need my carer with me?  
A. Although we aim to provide all the support and assistance we can, if you need a carer, or someone to assist you in getting around in your everyday life, you will also need to bring someone with you on your holiday.
