We have some interesting visits in store in the local
Dorset and Hampshire countryside. Driving through the
delightful New Forest with its open heath lands and
ponies and browsing through its little villages: Burley
the witches' haunt, Bucklers Hard with its shipbuilders'
cottages, and relaxing over lunch at an old black-beamed
Hampshire inn. Visiting the Isle of Purbeck, enjoying
the beauty of Lulworth Cove, and exploring Corfe Castle
with its pretty thatched cottages and little shops set
against the spectacular backdrop of the ruined medieval
castle. We have free time also to relax and enjoy the
hotel with the coach on hand to drop us around Bournemouth
town as required.
As usual, all excursions, entrance fees and lunches
are included in the cost of your holiday including a
relaxing lunch on the last day on our journey home.

Accessibility |

| |
|

There are no steps
at the entrance to the hotel. The lift reaches all floors
except a mezzanine floor at the top of the hotel, which
has the solarium lounge and sundeck. This is reached
by a flight of shallow stairs with handrail. There are
a few steps into the ballroom but there is also a ramp.
The hotel is on the West Cliff of Bournemouth, and immediately
outside the hotel it is flat with pleasant level walks
along the West Cliff. It is also just a couple of minutes
walk to the West Cliff Lift that will take you down
to the seafront. More
